I don't think Dead Cells is the right comparison. The only real similarity is they're 2D metroidvanias. But Dead Cells is a procedurally generated roguelike, PoP isn't. It's closer to Metroid Dread. All the previews I've seen say the combat is actually very in-depth with numerous combos, powerups and weapons, and sometimes comes closer to a character action game!

Yeah it may depend what you're after. I always use it for illustrations/paintings, sometimes anime but other times for artwork, concept art, landscapes in different painted styles and it works really well for that

In a normal war, about 90% of all deaths are civilians, according to the UN last year.

The number of civilian deaths in Gaza is at maximum 60%, but likely significantly lower given Hamas tend to overcount and also methodologically don't distinguish between civilians and Hamas terrorists, of which the IDF claim to have killed more than 8,000.
