I play some pvpve games but it's not my bread and butter. I played the server slam but found the prox chat to be very quiet. Maybe it was because it was just a server slam?

I've been googling and reading about this game and seeing that you have make progression of some sort, and watching people play it in stream it looks like you can find decent loot to replace your lost loot if you die the round before.

Before I spend the $30-$40 (sales) I just want to know how the community is in the game. I don't mind getting bestrd or even shot on the back, but do mind getting called the N word about it and told I'm shit when I don't even use proximity chat. Idk arc left a bad taste in my mouth with the community it had. Just want to know this game is just better

I got myself a seestar s50 and this was the first thing I took with it where something showed up lol. I'm still learning how to use this thing though but overall I'm happy so far. Even though the s30 pro got announced like 2 minutes after it hit the buy button haha.

Especially tears of the kingdom.

Okay so recently on of course social media (tiktok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc) people have been spewing boner misinformation about this console. Before you down vote me to oblivion l hear me out. Yes. The console has a 120hz refresh rate... But people are saying this console is outputting 4k resolution at 120fps docked...... 120fps isn't even an option docked (tested on LTT) and not only that, only a very very small amount of games will be 120fps. Cyberpunk runs at 30fps, or 40 on performance. But people are saying it runs 60fps at 4k!? Why? Why would people just blatantly lie about this information when you can get it actually tested?

Game prices? I understand the Nintendo cult is always stiff. But for the last 10 years these people bitched about $70 games. And now they are just throwing excuse after excuse defending $80 games now. But the lie I've been hearing is "Sony has been selling $80 games since the PS5 came out" No... No it hasn't. There is not one base PS5 game for $80 ever made.

So.. why are people saying this stuff? It's weird.

Anyways. I can tell this console will be a monster in 1-2 years before the $600 OLED model drops. I'm bummed Nintendo kind of fucked the market for consumers. Now every dev will start games at $80 and no one will blame Nintendo for it in the future. (Like if Ubisoft release the division 3 for $80 people will just blame Ubisoft). Don't forget who started the price hikes (not inflation)

Many moons ago I got perma banned like many other lemmings. Before that happened I found myself doom scrolling reddit, constantly arguing with people over my opinions and what I enjoy and being trolled. I overall enjoyed reddit though, and was a member for over 10 years. But after the ban and being forced to stop injust realized how shitty online communities are. I don't spend much time on Lemmy like I did reddit. And I can rechose the communities I want to be in. This also led me to stay off of TikTok and Instagram more and just... Chill.

So thank you reddit, without being banned I would have an unhealthy phone lifestyle still.

They are telling me that per our "contract" that we have to pay for the full month of JUNE as well. Even though our actual contract ends April 30th. And we are doing a month to month for May (this is what happens when you don't sign or renew the lease) So we have not signed a new contract or agreed to anything, we gave a move out notice, and they're telling us no.

I also have all documents and "receipts" to back up this claim.

story; i got my first mtb last year. i got a GT avalanche 27.5 [i started with an ozark trail] buddy gave me a rockshox recon fork. fast forward to now, i purchased a thru axle wheel, i did not know hubs where different sizes. so my fork is 15x110mm and the hub in the wheel i got is 15x100mm.

am i fucked? do i have to return the wheel and shop for another brand? [i matched what was on my bike which is WTB]. so i get a new hub and have a shop put it on and true the wheel? or can i get 2 5mm spacers for each side?

I played both betas/stress tests and the game just looks and feels like complete shit. Did it change at all since then?

I played on both PC and PS5. In my opinion the game looked really muddy and gross. Like MH rise looked better on switch. I know it's monster hunter, the gameplay was fun(ish), kind of easy. Very hand holdy though. I do not want to drop $60/70 on this game if it's exactly like it was in the beta's.
