How to apply cheats to Nintendont (Wii) games?

Someone had experience with it? For example, I want to apply a code to Zelda Wind Waker (EU) to make the X-Axis inverted, I have my rom in:

"/games/The Legend of Zelda - The Wind Waker [GZLP01]/game.iso"

then I have to obtain a .gct file, put it in the right location (seems you can rename the file to game.gct and put it into the game.iso folder, but others use folders like codes or cheats).

I found this website, which seems to have all I need, I click on the first mandatory "master code" then to "ÿNose angle modifier (X-Axis)" and click download.

What's the error since isn't working? (Maybe that's not the code I'm looking for?)

[update]

Ok I've tried another code for a different cheat and seems like they are working! Looks like maybe that wasn't the code for the camera axis inversion.

I'm at a dead point: I know how to use the cheats but I can't find the code to invert the x-axis camera.

[SOLVED] Error 0x0000000000000100 on Xbox One S

[SOLVED] I can't believe it, IT WAS IN A BAD POSITION... This console has one of the worst wireless receiver in history.

~~This network related error code randomly appeared today and looks like it can find nearby connection but it doesn't wants to connect. It's fixable?

I've tried factory reset, I can login with the Xbox app and complete the initial setup, then the network stop working after the wizard is completed. I haven't tried ethernet since the router is far from my room but every other device works perfectly with wifi (and also this Xbox until yesterday).

[Edit] I tried again: I have network working for the full setup process but it doesn't work when approaching the home screen. That's crazy O.O~~

Best modded console for 240p gaming on CRT? (Wii vs PS2?)

So, I'm searching the best console to run 240p games thru RetroArch on a CRT (14" feels the best size for this): I've read the most mature homebrew console for this are Wii and PS2. PS2 is less powerfull but it has native 240p output and can run PSX native. Wii doesn't have native 240p but ppl claim 480i/480p is sharp enough and the difference is minimal, also it's more powerfull and can run more platforms. I would exclude more expansive options like FPGA or an ad-hoc raspberry.

[Edit] Title fixed since retroarch isn't needed in this scenario

Steam Machine is huge for indie development

One thing I see as underestimated is that having a major standard device is huge for indie development and could greatly benefit the most flourishing artistic landscape.

One of the problems today is that the indie and AAA markets are increasingly distant, publishing a game on the PS5 or XSX digital store is prohibitive for a small indie team, but if Steam Machine is successful, we can expect more easy access to indie games by (ex)console gamers, and later a reduction in publishing costs on consoles.

I believe Steam Deck has already started this process, but with a device that will compete with the 9th generation of home consoles the indie game diffusion could accelerate.

How do you define yourselves politically to others?

Do you also find yourselves defending communist positions because they are misunderstood by most people? Do you also find yourselves specifying the type of anarchism you refer to because most people have a conception of anarchy as simply chaotic rebellion?

Personally, I find it more effective to define myself as an anarcho-communist in order to emphasize the concept of anarchy as a structure and to highlight the concept of communism as a proletarian organizational tool.

Are people blind on PeerTube?

I read many comments on how PeerTube isn't sustainable as a YouTube alternative and, while it's certainly true right now, are we sure it will be the same in the near future?

The platform is growing and the new mobile app is making great progress; I can certainly see some people investing in a major instance some day, accelerating the platform adoption.
