The sense of ownership and control the Linux experience offers is something I've never felt with Windows.

Ask my guinea pig anything, and I will let her crawl on the keyboard to answer.

Who had some really good ideas but died, sadly, too young before they reached their full potential?

What was the largest Lego set you've ever built and would you do it again?

That's 9090 pieces. You're a madman. How long did that take?

The worst kind of stupid doesn't need to learn about databases because it's just common sense.

Morning people, how do you manage to wake up early like 5 am as a computer person?
Reply in thread
I do this same thing every night. No problems waking up at 5-6. It didn't take long to adjust to it.

Why do lots of people find it bizarre for someone to eat 6 boiled eggs in one sitting but not 12 devilled eggs and in one sitting?

@[email protected] I was going to say more than 2 deviled eggs but you also make a good point haha

What's the correct way to install MySQL Workbench on Fedora?
I went through this same thing myself a few months ago. I ended up getting it installed but I'll have to check my obsidian files to remember how I did it.
As @[email protected] recommended, I ended up dropping MySQL Workbench and using dbeaver instead. I liked it much better not only for the features and how easy it was to use but also because I remember it was hard to get Workbench to work in the first place on Fedora.

There's a lot of good things here to think about. I asked, there's a lot of experience out there, and I appreciate all of it. Great community, here!
