Got all excited for nothing.
Pulled into work sitting in my car jamming out under a severe thunderstorm warning, heard what sounded like a train. Oh fuck. Tornado! Then I see the train in my rearview. Oh, right. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Oh, but you can enjoy trains too. It doesn’t have to be as exciting as a tornado to be fun.

But you're the first person I've seen say a train sounded like a tornado.
Every time a lightning storm begins, I have this moment where I hear a sort of rolling noise and think “ah, someone’s rolling a wheelie bin to the sidewalk”, and it takes me an embarrassingly long amount of time to realise that it’s the sound of distant thunder.
