Trump says he will look into possible pardons for the men convicted of plotting to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer
I realize this is probably a silly question, but can he even do that? The power of pardon only extends to federal crimes. The state of Michigan could still press charges and there is fuck all Dumb Dumb can do about it. Unless I miss something here.
(This is ignoring whatever his cronies at state level can do to obfuscate the situation of course)

I think we are starting to see a populace that understands political double speak and see through it. Honestly, after this past election, I'm starting to have some hope that shit can turn around.

Personally, I don't recall it being like this when I was younger. Then again, the biggest amount of drama I remember from way back then was stuff about a blowjob, a dress with stains, and the definition of "is." I'm sure there was probably more, but that was about the time I started paying some semblance of attention to things.

The same way members of the Church of Satan are Satanists. What your probably thinking of is Devil Worship which is different. You can actually go to either of these organizations websites and they should be able to give you a good overview.

Some years back i was leaving the gym (I live in the US by the by) and I found a debit card. Now the only identifying info on it was the bank associated and the name and such. I wasnt going to take it home and try and track down the person who owned it. So I took it to the associated bank, grabbed a deposit slip and wrote a note on it and dropped in the deposit box. I assume it was returned, but I honestly don't know. Felt this was the best approach given the circumstances.

If I may make a recommendation on this one. I would at least read the first story about the transient riots, which concludes with the issue titled "Up On The Roof." Should give you an idea of what the world is like, the main character. From there, it's up to you if you want to continue. There is a broader narrative after that, but this short bit at the beginning should be enough to get an idea of whether you like it or not. Happy reading.
