All I can think of is that OP is going to some kind of comic-con and has intricate body paint/an outfit that is so inconvenient to take on and off that they'd rather minimize their food and drinks for 3 days.

The machine may be cheap but keep in mind the cost of those pods. If you're on a student budget, I'd recommend buying some sort of coffee pot, whichever fits your preferences. Either an Italian espresso maker, or a French press, or an aeropress. Those are pretty cheap and can all be used with regular coffee, which will be way more budget friendly in the long run.

For me, there's no reason to leave anything useful in that train wreck of a website. No way will I help them cater to advertisers with my own data, now that they made it clear they don't care about anything else.

I saw an article about them a long time ago on this is colossal and it really made me want to learn how to make one.
