KBin has taken over Lemmy in monthly active users count

Not sure, but it looks similar to lemmy. It's "federated"? I wonder if we can see kbin links through our lemmy server? Just trying to figure this all out...

Wildfire Smoke Reacts with City Pollution, Creating New Toxic Air Hazard
Wouldn't exactly call this new science, but a good summary of the pollutants. They focus quite a bit on gaseous pollutants, but the particles are the primary concern. In the end, the only way this would be new is if the warmer climate causes more of these fires from here on out. Can that be solidly proven??

Does the RiF app still work for anyone else so long as you're not logged in?

Yes, I am now a lemming in that respect. I did exactly as you said.

Anyone ever hike in and around the Grand Canyon (Arizona, USA)?
I did the hike to the bottom from angels landing with my pops years ago. Lessons learned: spring can be treacherous with snow and ice on the trail. We brought way too much food. It was a great experience though. Dad even sprung for the prepared dinner at the ranch on the canyon floor. Great memories, epic views and a real sense of accomplishment was the true takeaway.
I'd love to try hiking in from the north rim in the future

Climate change is creating a new kind of dangerous wildfire
So, if we are attributing more frequent and more intense fires to human induced warming, is there some sort of long term timeseries data showing this? Would love to see some refs on this!

Prusaslicer 2.6.0 is out
How long has this been out? I was expecting to have these when I printed a few weeks ago, but alas, they did not seem to be available.

The Future of the Colorado River Hinges on One Young Negotiator
Great article. It's refreshing to see politicians actively work together and compromise to get things done...even if in this case it results in no major changes so far. It's also refreshing to see young blood given the chance to influence policy.

Jerboa has been pretty serviceable for me. It has taken some getting used to. I hope to see it continue to improve.
