Can I poison my codebase for LLM agents with malicious comments?

I have mostly given up on stopping them. I my testing with local bullshit, they will eventually work out most red herings. And I imagine the bazillion parameter models will do so even faster.

However, you can eat into the token budget, sometimes a lot, by adding sarcasm, aggressive/unusual in-lining or having some "fun" in your naming schema and descriptions (if the language allows them). Same with solutions requiring lateral thinking.

But the best way is to not give the full story easily. Some IDEs may have toggles for stuff, the LLM would have to find in the some config file. Game engines will let you set things up in the GUI a LLM will not easily pick up while injecting the code. Anything outside the code is usually a win.

As someone who grows figs in their living room:

Most commercial (and even hobbyist) fig varieties are parthenocarpic, meaning they don't require pollination.

And fig wasps don't look like that. They're tiny little guys that most people would probably mistake for a very small ant.

And even if the fig was pollinated by a wasp, it uses enzymes to break down the insects body, to protect itself from mold and other pathenogens that such may cause.

Basically; fig waps are itsy bitsy wittle wupies, while figs are digesting their dead mothers corpses, because they are metal as fuuuuuck.

Every time

This.

Every time I think I've found a really clever, novel solution to a ultra specific graphics problem, someone else has already implemented it, usually much better than I'd have done, and was kind enough to put their code online for everyone to use.

DAMN ASSHOLES, being smart and kind, so I can't even feel cool for 4 minutes, before I fail at implementation. >:c

When you work for a company owned by a A..hole

Once a user came into our office on the verge of tears. Her notebook wouldn't boot and she thought that meant her thesis was lost.

Didn't make a backup either.

But luckily it was the mainboard that quit and not the SSD. So we were able to decrypt it and get her up and running again. After we told her to make a backup next time, she was so happy that she wanted to give us money. We refused.

Come next day, she stormed in, without saying a word. Just threw a pile of candy and a handful of soft drinks on our table and ran off before we could do anything about it.

Fuck you, boss. That's our candy now.

*an AI describes part of a scene in a movie, badly.

And the title is something like “HE USES SUPERPOWERS TO SAVE HIS FRIEND #MOVIE #FILM #CINEMA #SHORTS”. Also, the name of the channel is any two word combination of: movie, cinema, star, summary, domain or reels. And each upload is either 15 to 25 minutes or a short and the channel uploads something every day.

It's amazing that the faster Ethernet gets and the more powerful network devices become, the fewer things we can do.

Why wouldn't just about everyone get the ability to print on the device whose sole purpose is to print things? If everything is set up right, you can even set per-user policies so Jarrett doesn't waste ink printing 50 AI pictures of kittens to hang in his soulless office cubicle.

Any relations experts?

I have "the aura". And although I don't know what that means, I've started asking anyone who asks me if I'm actually gay, what leads them to that assumption.

The current top picks are:

I look put together, I care about hygene, I clean my home, I'm usually friendly, I look happy.

Like… their assumption is correct. But when did caring for oneself become a sign of the big gay? What are straight people doing?!

Military Grade

I really liked the trend of rating notbooks for MIL-STD-810.

MIL-STD-810 itself does not require equipment manufacturers to actually perform the tests defined in it, nor does it require that anything passes those tests.

Amazing.
