Synology requires self-branded drives for some consumer NAS systems, drops full functionality and support for third-party HDDs
They’ve been implementing this for a while with some of their models. There’s an excellent script that is actively maintained to get around their shit policies.
I’m only using a Synology (ds1823xs+) because I got a killer deal. (Sometimes I still wish I went with unraid.) I’ve never encountered any issues using unapproved hard drives with this script.

How to get into private trackers
This is what you probably already know but honestly, the best way is to know someone with an invite and if you don’t know someone irl, try to get involved in an online community.
Another way is to watch for open sign ups. Some private trackers have applications, like MyAnonamouse. Once you’re in, check out the forums for invite requirements to other private trackers. You often need to climb a few ranks to gain access to the invite sections of the forum.
Best of luck to you!

Here’s my understanding of I2P. It’s similar to Tor because it's decentralized, encrypted, and anonymous- but better for hosting hidden services and communication. It’s a network within the internet that operates using its own rules and protocols, separate from the public internet.

Ha! I bought a plex lifetime pass years ago while on sale. Maybe one day I’ll switch to jellyfin- maybe sooner than I think.
On a positive note synologys brtfs is pretty cool. If anything, it’s one less thing I don’t need to worry about.

Thanks! It started as a way for me to skip low raking seasons. A hours of tunnel vision later I ended up with this.
I watched the first few seasons back when they originally aired… A few years ago I decided to dive back in and have loved it! It’s honestly a solid show and holds up really well.

The chair’s cover has a zipper underneath, and it just occurred to me I could stick magnets in the arms, under the fabric, so my keyboard can attach to the chair. 🎉

I was curious about what the glasses are too. XReal Air is closest looking match I could find.

What's a simple logging service?
I’m currently using Dozzle. It’s a simple way to view your container logs in real-time, in the same place. It might be too basic but it’s incredibly easy to get it up and running.

Was going to say the same! Although I like Hot Water Music’s cover Radio a bit more than the original.

If you do, could you give it a spoiler tag for others who haven’t read it yet?

Sounds like a cool concept but I see it’s by Netflix and has 3 seasons. Did they axe this show early, like so many others, or did they only need 3 seasons to tell the story?

I have 2 years tautulli logs for a plex server of 10 users. Only has 3-4 users regularly watch stuff and 90% is my kids watching that same thing over and over, hahhaha. Maybe one day I’ll find good use of the data.
