I'm sorry to inform you, but the world is going through very rough times politically, especially the US. Many things are exaggerated, or even entirely fabricated, for views, but many things are not. Some of the worst stuff, however, is stuff that is never even covered by the news, like Project 2025 or the stuff happening in the Midwest/southeast states. Overly focused is a stretch. You can manage relationships with up to 6 party members, of which you may have up to 1 intimate scene in each of the 3 acts per party member. An example as to why is Amazon claimed it made no profit for years, because it reinvested all of the revenue it gained in addition to revenue that paid for operating costs. Are you going to believe Amazon's claim? Most people would argue they did profit, and that reinvestment is still profiting, but that's not how things are often measured.
