Go study computer science, find a bunch of nerds, realise you naturally click and that you’re all probably autistic. I’m half joking but for real, it’s easy to make friends with people like you. I’m lucky to be a programmer and there’s always someone obviously autistic in my team that I naturally become friends with.

It doesn’t have to be programming but embrace whatever autistic-friendly hobby you have, from chess to climbing or whatever it is, something that attracts other autistic people naturally.

Porridge with a scoop of vanilla protein, with raspberries for 2pm breakfast. Salad and chicken wings for 7pm dinner. 2 cups of tea. Then vape for hours. I can feel a sensation resembling hunger but it seems I’ve lost my appetite.

I drink a lot of coffe and tea and use a lot of milk. It can be around a whole litre of milk per day. I switched from oatly barista (610 kcal per bottle) to Alpro almond no sugars (130 kcal per bottle). Is it as tasty? No, but these 500 kcal extra calories are enough for a whole meal and it helped me lose weight without giving up on my coffee habit.
