As a vegan myself, I completely agree! I won't tell others what to eat and they shouldn't tell me what to eat. If I were to ever get "preachy" it's purely about reducing impact on the factors mentioned in the meme and by no means forced... One less meal a week with meat in? Go you! Locally sourcing meat? Hell yeah, less environmental impact!

I remember in early secondary school there was a weird desktop that would briefly flash during the login process. A friend and I decided to keep logging out and in and furiously click around to see if we could access it, one of the times we did it and that desktop session stayed, there wasn't anything special about it besides a blank windows command prompt, we closed it...

Cut to the school computer systems being down for over a day and noone knowing why, felt pretty scared of being found out over the following week!

I've been with Cushelle tubeless for quite a while now and it feels as pleasant as a wipe could be

I noticed this too, I worked around it by:

• Going to the community
• Clicking on "pending" (this seemingly cancels the subscribe request)
• Selecting "subscribe" again

It seems hit or miss but that made it work in some cases, a few others I left for a couple of minutes then checked back on my subscribed communities - https://feddit.uk/communities/listing_type/Subscribed/page/1 - to see the subscription had become successful.

I largely suspect this might be a load issue or something with federation. I imagine there's a lot of stress on various parts of the Lemmy federated infrastructure from the influx of reddit users.

The official Arsenal website states tickets go on sale to pretty much all members as of today at 10am yet, here I am at going on 6pm, unable to find where they are selling them, let alone if any are available?
