The term wet shaving is an odd one. In my opinion we should call it Classic Shaving.

I have a can of Barbosol for the kids and have tried it for DE shaving - it works fine because I keep my skin wet.

I have the next model up (400 Pro) so mine will likely accept larger diameter branches. But with that said one needs to learn the machine's limits in terms of both diameter and wetness.

Before I chip up a pile of branches I'll go through with a swede saw and lop off any parts that are too big. That'll let me breeze through the pile without fighting the machine too much. Also cut apart any wide crotches that won't feed through on their own.

+1 to Freetax USA! It handles all the stuff which require premium editions of other tax applications. And this year they've added PDF parsing which greatly simplified my 1099s.

I would leave it alone. Given the age of the wood it will likely not crack any further. It has already dried as much as it can.

That photo captured one with a very red belly!! The ones in our backyard have just a blush of orange.

We have a Mafter 10" that works great. The handle is kind of primitive feeling but one gets used to it. It totally replaced the 10" stainless All Clad pan which is now lingering in the basement.

Maybe that's the right wing halftime show?
