Anon's split personality

I've heard similar takes resolved with "this person is venomously sexist, but straight." Once their sexual needs are met, the one thing they want out of a partner is done, it's back to absolutely loathing women.

Sounds like a nightmare, tbh.

So, forest spirit seeks tribute and those paying tribute review it on their own, sure. Someone eventually brings this up while paying tribute, alright, I'm still with you. But "the spirit of the deep woods has a smart phone with a data plan and the means to keep it charged" is where I start to get real worried.

Land ownership, entrenched wealth. The economy already started to shift towards selling a few exceptionally expensive items to the rich over selling a ton of cheap items to the poor years ago, and we're going to see how far it can go into "if nobody has money who's going to buy everything" before a collapse. The examples I'm most familiar with are in video games. Gacha games target whales while, in the worst cases, using free players as content for those whales who are spending thousands or tens of thousands a month. Meanwhile, the price for individual releases keeps going up to the point that there's speculation that the coming console generation the switch 2 is heralding will be the first one that isn't affordable for the average american household.

The top 10% of US earners are already behind half of all consumer spending.

This is the correct take. As someone well endowed, I get to either be real real careful and avoid a lot of positions, or date exclusively masochistic girls who want it to hurt. As a result, I have had the thought "I'm not sadistic enough for this girl" during sex before.

Honestly it's a pretty clever scam by conservatives. Run on a platform of big government is inept, wasting your money, we need to reduce spending and reduce taxes! Once in office, do nothing. Sabotage functional government. Obstruct long term projects. Now you have things to point to as proof that big government is bad and does nothing, because you were the big government and made sure nothing happens.

The simpsons got it right decades ago with Dems: We're incompetent and can't govern Reps: We're evil! But Seriously, the biggest problem the Dems have in 2025 is that they're ANCHORED in establishment. Those in the lead now are not there because they're capable, intelligent, or popular, but because they waited their turn. It's a commitment to fairness and rules to the point of self sabotage. Tell Schumer and Pelosi to take a hike, put AOC, Booker, anyone else who has a plan and is committed to actually FUCKING DOING SOMETHING in charge, rather than telling them to play nice with the party and wait their turn behind the wheel when current leadership dies.

It's not just the FDA. The Department of Transportation standards for helmets have barely changed since they were set back in 74 based on flawed and already outdated data, and helmet manufacturers self report whether their helmets conform. It's estimated 20% of DoT helmets don't actually comply, despite being DoT certification.

Ideally call someone she knows from her phone. If she's too out of it to use a phone, see if it has biometric or face unlock and then just call whoever she was calling/texting last. Get someone she already knows and trusts to pick her up.
