As a cash buyer, I went through my last dealership purchase and ordered a car with the $4k “warranty” scam plus accepted their scammy financing. Closed the deal and drove away with my car, then the next day I called and cancelled the warranty for a full refund and took my cash and paid off the loan in full.
It’s a hassle, but you have 3 days to cancel all that scammy junk with no recourse. That’s what it took to get the cash price I wanted.

10 years ago, a person would be insulted for filming a video in portrait instead of landscape. Now, old landscape videos are being cropped and resized to fit in a portrait player.
One day TV makers are going to switch to 9 by 16 screens, vertical portrait mode TVs on the wall. Im from the future. Check back in 10 years, you will see.

May people prefer to rent houses over owning one. Many of them I speak to tell me they want nothing to do with house maintenance and upkeep and they prefer to rent so that they don’t have to think or worry about any of the repairs. They like being able to just call the property manager when the hot water stops working or when their kiddo accidentally breaks a window.
