Nein. Putin weiß ganz genau, dass seine Macht nur bestehen bleibt, wenn die Bevölkerung im (aus seiner Sicht) "schlimmsten" Fall apathisch bzw. "unpolitisch" ist. Und genau deshalb werden primär Russen aus abgelegenen Regionen an die Front geschickt. Was Putin sich nicht leisten kann, sind Berge an Leichensäcken in Moskau und St. Petersburg und einem Aufstand der Ehefrauen und Mütter.

Das hat die Sowjetunion in Afghanistan zu Fall gebracht und die USA in Vietnam. So und nicht anders kriegt man Russland an die ukrainischen Grenzen von 2013 zurück.
