Who would / do you, unquestionigly watch a movie from, and why?
Sam Rockwell
He chooses quite a variety of rolls and has that kind of sarcastic/relatable comedy about him that makes you want to watch.

Metal Gear Solid 4 Remaster Has Otacon Saying New Voice Lines Regarding Swapping Discs and Being Digital-Only
PS5: “Oh, wait. We’re on PlayStation 5. It uses high-capacity media, too. No need to swap. Damn it, Otacon. Get a grip. Yeah. What an age we live in, huh, Snake? Wonder what they’ll think of next.”
<insert "because fuck physical media" here>

"It's going to be a very long goodbye" - Peter Molyneux's last game will be Masters of Albion, but that's not necessarily as simple as it sounds
Masters of Albion comes out this year, and quite soon, on 22nd April, and seeks to give us a dose of Dungeon Keeper, Black & White and Fable all in one.
Honestly it sounds and looks great but no way am I buying an early access Molyneux game!

That's a fair point. I feel that PC gaming was in a peak of consumerism with ridiculous prices and never ending "upgrades" so it'll be interesting to see if anything changes. I hope it does and some of that knowledge/skill and enthusiasm for optimisation comes back.

Why are digital game storefronts region locked?
It's not as simple as comparing prices or exchange rates when purchasing power varies so wildly across the world.

What's the best film you've seen in the last few years? Doesn't matter when it came out
Heat (1995)
It was just one of those movies that for some reason I'd never watched until about 6 months ago. I heard it was great and ,as it turns out, it certainly is.

Sony Just Ended An Entire Evolution Of Gaming
An interesting point made with the advancement of 200GB bluray discs but I don't think it's really needed for games to go that far. Also having a console without physical media is just wrong to me so I guess PS5 is my end of the line.

What are your hallmark games? What games have shaped how you view games?
Halo comes to mind straight away. The way the enemies react, dodging out the way or charging towards you was something special. Also the music score and freedom it gives you in the semi-open levels to play differently.

I'm not going to buy GTA6 but imagine having to dedicate your whole console to 1 game :(
