The article covers how a popular AI trend on social media is making talentless hacks money by posting AI generated images of “family members” stood by a piece of art and saying “my grandfather carved this but nobody appreciates his work”. Then gullible people on Facebook willingly give them money believing it’s real.

Yeah this feels pretty significant to me. I'm interested to see if any other big corps move their PR teams away from Reddit.

This post is also intended to be a provocation to all the crypto haters

I'm in the UK and have ADP enabled but I am yet to be informed by Apple when/if it will be disabled in the future. I'm glad we had a change in government but this is a serious misstep from Labour.

ETA: I've written to my local MP to voice my disapproval of this "technical capability notice" and I urge anyone else in the UK to do so as well.

It can also be worthless from one day to the next. I hold BTC, I've lost £300 this week. I wouldn't want to put my whole salary into BTC.
