I absolutely love Ted Lasso; it's my absolute favorite show. But...this does not sound good. The 3 seasons they created are special and really well done. For them to come back, after they wrote and told their cohesive story, feels like it won't end well.

Had a mini cardiac arrest today

Related SCP

SCP-3008 is a large retail unit previously owned by and branded as IKEA, a popular furniture retail chain. A person entering SCP-3008 through the main entrance and then passing out of sight of the doors will find themselves translocated to SCP-3008-1. This displacement will typically go unnoticed as no change will occur from the perspective of the victim; they will generally not become aware until they try to return to the entrance.

how to cope mentally during gaps in HRT

I used to have really bad mood swings that included lots of dysphoria. I made the soonest appointment with my doctor and brought this up to them. They changed the frequency of my injections to be closer together. This worked for me really well.

Alternatives could be different delivery methods like the patch or pills to help reduce the fluctuations in estradiol levels.

Stay strong girl friend 💜

What do you think about DXM (for those have have used it recreationally or therapeutically at supra-therapeutic doses)?

I am a huge fan of DXM. I have been taking it off and on for the past decade (I'm in my 40s now). The trips are really peaceful for me and relaxing. The best part is the afterglow; the time when the trip is over, but you still feel different. The afterglow feels like I've been reborn; it is mentally cleansing for me. I always feel so bright and happy the day after I do DXM.

Of the 3 main DXM formulations, I enjoy DXM HBr the most, followed by DXM Polistirex, then DXM freebase.

My advice for anyone about to try DXM: start with small doses; give your body time to clear everything before you trip again (at least 2 weeks; a month is better); most importantly, be in a safe headspace.

If you're like me and you cannot stand the taste of Robitussin or Delsym, look into purchasing from RoboCough. They sell DXM (HBr and freebase) in pill form.

Bipolar community weekly check in Nov 10th

I just wanted to share some happy news. The meds that my doctor has been tweaking over the last year have finally hit a sweet spot. Even with the devastating election last week, I haven't spiralled into oblivion; rather I've been able to keep a level head. This is the first time that meds have really worked for me; it's so wonderful.

A remote for the Nvidia Shield TV WITHOUT that $@%$ Netflix Button on it??

While I don't have a remote recommendation for you, I have used the app Button Mapper for a few years now and I've liked it.

I have remapped the Netflix button (opens Shield settings) and the circle button (opens FLauncher) and have never had an issue with the button presses doing something I didn't want. I'd recommend you give it a try until you find a remote that suits you better.
