A new study will investigate how climate change could create disruption across Scotland’s critical infrastructure, helping organisations better understand risks to the services people depend on every day.

---

It’ll examine how problems affecting one infrastructure network can trigger much wider impacts elsewhere.

Believed to be one of the first studies of its kind in the world jointly commissioned by multiple infrastructure owners and operators, it will assess how climate-related disruption could spread across industries including transport, energy, water supply and communications.

It aims to help identify vulnerabilities that might otherwise be missed when risks to sectors are considered separately.

Obviously not. But here is a potential community asset that is a feel good story from start to finish

how's about that? Great news imo and long overdue. Extending the cap only a good thing too for Aberdeenshire

Turns out there’s some Clydeside whisky in Quebec and I found one. It help that we have only one alcohol seller in the province. Nonetheless I’m happy, I’ll pretend that I brought it back 😅

Hullo aa'bidy. Fit like this week? Wha's got summin tae share?

I can't see Rockstar losing this tbh. UK law is pretty on their side about gross misconduct. Take note disgruntled unionisers: only organise with current employees

Big moment here for Burnham with the SNP conference opening today. Either way, the SNP likely to oppose I'd bet as Swinney has been ambiguous on it for some time. And, growing up in Aberdeen with many aiberdonian mates: this is a hard call for me, quite personal. But keep it in the ground has to trump the money imo

Fingers crossed that the people of Glasgow really can make Glasgow

Good to read about more investment. I wonder where the money will go?

Ask for help. We're all struggling. Some more than others. We can all help each other, and a problem shared is a problem halved. Social thread is a good place to share!

Fit like folks? A cauld Friday nicht beckuns us tae the smirr. Wha's sharin sum havers?

Is there anything we didnae invent?

About time this is looked at Scotland wide. Rural maternity should never have been allowed to rot as it has, it is greatly distressing across Caithness in particular
