Launching a review is just the governments way of doing fuck all. If they wanted to fix it they'd just do it.

it is greatly distressing across Caithness in particular

Its fucking barbaric is what it is. How anyone thought a 2hr+ blue-light journey while in labour was a good standard of care is beyond me.
