It started on monday, worked thru tuesday, and hasn't moved since.

And it won't move today or tomorrow either. Monday? There is hope.

I understand the need for renovation. I'm not complaining about that. But there would've been enough space to move it 10 meters to the right, park it properly.

This is my main window.

A lot of times the operator will leave the keys in the cab somewhere. You might be able to just move it yourself.

Oh I'm just right now in a project working for the software department for Yanmar, I think that is the first time I see their machines in the wild outside of Japan.

Fun fact: there’s a stadium in Almere, The Netherlands that has their name, as they’re the main sponsor

They're very common as marine motors, too. I think those are repurposed tractor designs.

Very reliable, but they're not designed to be serviced in a tight space. So much boat yoga.

I don't have any experience with Yanmar, but that's how it is with Kubota excavators.

My experience is with John Deere and it's like that with their tractors.

I love how in Berlin they decorate equipment like this for Christmas during the Christmas break.

I agree, but only because I'm jealous they've discovered prosperity without it being a labour death-march like America.
