that was my initial thought. as an american, we (majority) are more than mildly infuriated with this administration, but the art itself is moreso mildly interesting imo
He doesn't need to be to know who he is. The fact that he is blue gives it a good color combo against the base of the building. One could argue it speaks MORE to his hideous nature that he didn't need to be orange to know.
