It's adorable. It's like a pusheen elephant. If you're going to experiment with a second attempt, I'd request grey yarn, and maybe a longer trunk. (I don't know anything about knit/crochet, so not I'm not even sure if a long trunk is possible.) I'd buy this in a store if I saw it.
I didn't have any plush grey yarn, so i just used the one I had the most of since I was designing from scratch and wanted to make sure I had plenty.
