Trump says BBC is harassing his family after trying to subpoena his children

Trump legal team claims the BBC is ‘abusing the deposition process’ as broadcaster fights a $10 billion lawsuit

Donald Trump has accused the BBC of trying to harass his family after the broadcaster sought to subpoena members of his family to challenge his $10 billion defamation lawsuit.

The president is suing the BBC for defamation over a Panorama episode that spliced together two parts of a speech he gave ahead of the Capitol riots in 2021.

Lawyers have requested a U.S. court order Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr, his daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner to give documents and testimony in relation to the case.

I've been saying this all along: Don't settle the lawsuits, refuse to settle, and demand a FEROCIOUS discovery. These people commit crimes with every breath, and they can't afford to have legal entities rooting through their personal and business records, that will surely lead to future criminal indictments.

Subpoenas in response to litigation YOU started aren't harassment.

Trump employed those children as high government officials.

I am enjoying that he's gone up against one of the oldest, biggest news outlets, an organisation that has some exceptionally good lawyers, and knows EXACTLY what the boundaries are. And he's only now apparently beginning to realise that they won't just fold in fear like everyone else.

The BBC has been sued on far more solid ground by far worse cunts than that sack of shit.

I think you mean "far less solid ground" - i.e. they're on very solid ground here.

No, I meant solid ground. As in, Trump's ground is currently made entirely from loose gravel.

Aah, I thought you meant the BBC's solid ground, not the plaintiff. Got it.

Trump: Kicks the BBC

BBC: Fights Back

Trump: STOP STOP ITS NOT FAIR YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO FIGHT BACK.

As in you were the victim, or the perpetrator? Sorry if the former.

The sad things is that has worked for it* in the past, so of course it* will keep on using that strategy.

* I use the pronoun it because I believe in using the correct pronouns for everyone and refuse to address that piece of shit as a human being

3

I don't think it's possible to harass via subpoena, "judge they are harassing me via your order" isn't exactly the best thing you want to be saying to a judge.

How young are trump's "children" again? Just thinking that it's kinda suspicious that they call them children when talking about trump's full grown adult sons and daughter while when talking about the genocide in Gaza they never refer to literal babies or pre-teens and other obvious children as children

17

It’s just like how the media were calling the victims of Epstein “young women”. No, the victims were children.

7

So sue them. I'm sure that discovery process will be fun too.

14

Even if the BBC was harassing them by throwing large rocks at their large, malformed heads, I STILL wouldn't give a singular fuck for any of the rotten pieces of shit.

12

Motherfucker I wish someone would harass your family. Ya'll deserve it more than anyone.

Has anyone got a record of all of trumps court cases . Along with the status

6

The list is so long that I don't think you'd be able to read them all, especially considering that he's being sued daily.

3

Brilliant! It's just a pity the credits ended before getting to the "No future" part, given that this was meant to celebrate the UK's departure from the EU.

I am ok with that, even if it was true. I grant billionaire kinda no rights or legal recourse. They can go wah wah wah am they want, but you could say anything that follows "I was wronged by the following ______" and I would laugh and cheer for everything in the blank. Including getting fucking merc"d. I actively cheer for tyrant death and suffering. Every problem you have is a victory for real people. There is no "low" we can sink to that will ever make me feel like you are getting any problem you don't deserve more of. You could be forced to watch your kids penetrated by flaming devil dicks while you bleed out while the world watches your diaper fill and you try to hold your intestines in and I will just watch and laugh.

I can never have any favorable feeling to you, and literally no situation is bad enough for what you deserve. You deserve torture, agony, anguish, and for all of that to happen forever. You actually deserve a literal biblical hell. Not infinitely, maybe. We can pull you out every few millennia and see if you've changed your tune maybe. But you definitely deserve more than a lifetime amount of it.

"You" being trump in particular, but really any billionaire capitalist.

dont you mean trying to expose your involvement of epstein, which your children are part of too.

4

How hard does someone need to try to serve you with a subpoena before they can say "I tried, but I can't make it work"? In Germany, you send the document by registered mail to the official address of the person and it's done, or if it's a court document, the court sends it by official registered mail.

Worst that will happen is a fine that never gets paid. I'm willing to bet that the BBC will PAY Trump money at the end of this because there isn't anyone in the world, with power, that can say no to an elderly, mentally deficienct, traitorous, make-up wearing, pedophile

Pick one.

Don't really need to.

More than likely, he will get fined and never pay/ keep appealing.

But I'd be willing to bet that the BBC will pay Trump money at the end of this.

Does that make it more clear with what I meant?

The BBC are not going to capitulate because if they were going to do that they'd have done so already, they've got old trumpelskin on the ropes, why would they give in now? They're making him look like the brainless idiot that of course he is.
