Nah, these people think the nonwhite nurses and doctors will somehow harm them, negligently or intentionally kill them, etc.
Because that's what these racists would do to nonwhite patients.
There seems to be an easy solution here.

Racism hasn't traditionally been regarded as a particularly logical position.

These are probably the same people who voted Brexit. That backfired. Instead of healthcare positions being filled by Europeans they're now being filled by people further afield.
I can't be nice for the people receiving this abuse. If I could I'd let them know there are good people here too, not just the rotten racists.
