Exactly. The democrats have proven time and time again that they will not hold right wingers accountable. They will talk about unity while doing nothing, wait ten years, and then talk about how respectable and influential these pig fucking pedophiles are. The liberals in my country do it too. Its getting really exhausting having to always strategically vote for the lesser evil only to have them be the same kind of evil when they get in and act even more disappointing than I expect them to.

Because there are many idiots who accidentally ended up with somewhat right politics, not because they actually have a balanced worldview, but because they happened to be exposed to leftist ideas and never bothered to learn why they are more humane. So basically they're binary-thinking extremists. If you're not exactly aligned with them, then you're against them.
