I bought a cheap multipurpose boonie hat a few years ago. It's got a bug net and a neck flap. I wish I bought one decades ago. It's saved me so much aggravation and misery outside.
No more sunburn on the neck, sweat doesn't drip in my eyes as much and bugs can't buzz my ears (and that's just using the neck flap)
foille (made by blistex, i think) is the best thing i've ever used for bad sunburns. the spray is better than the ointment which might be painful to apply.
i try to be careful with sunburns after a couple really bad burns years ago. i've only needed this stuff once in the last 20 years or so. but they do still make it.. it's just not found in every grocery or drug store.
Full sleeve shirts and brimmed hats are professional attire

Buy a sun hoodie. Fuck skin cancer
Don't continue to do that, would be the good advice my dad would have given me about this.
