Rapist mentality.
Amazing. That's pretty much the exact opposite definition of "irresponsible". It's almost like you think you're entitled to everyone's data and personal information, just like the techbros...
its irresponsible to devs. what tim Sweeney wants is that all devs simultaneously get tired of the shit and leave steam. Epic knows it will never win consumers over so its trying all of its powers to win a majority of devs over.
epic vs steam is ultimately a debate of dev vs consumer. steam is the weird option in the market, because consumer led monopolies are rare.
Uh huh? And?
That is the point
That's why gamers buy on Steam instead of Epic, Tim.
What a horrible little turd of a CEO.
Confirmation that Steam made a good call, right there.
FTFY
Tim Sweeney should go away and never come back.
I'm now imagining Tim in the roles of Smeagol and Gollum. Leave now and never come back!

It’s impressive Tim Sweeney has been eating his own foot for nearly 30 years ..
Aaaand moving on.
Tim Sweeney suffers from diarrhea of the mouth... I am tired of hearing his bullshit
Is this just a case of him being contrarian thinking he will win over so many developers?
Maybe Tim Sweeney has been replaced by AI
It's sad to see what Tim Sweeney has become, he was a gaming pioneer.
He was a cool programmer, but just like Carmack, he is not meant to manage a company.
As time goes by, I am also increasingly convinced that it's rather Cliff Bleszinski's game design that made Epic what it was.
CliffyB is the real MVP
Laura Fryer's YouTube takes provide some interesting insider insight into that era.
I miss Jazz Jackrabbit
What if all the game developers were A.I. ?
Then they wouldn't have feelings to worry about, eh ? Then Steam could do this and not care, eh ?
There isn't really a way to tell anymore and it's probably used broadly. Eventually, devs will simply hide it and people will go back to judging something on the enjoyment it procures them.
