Yeah, if Moscow has no way of defending against Ukrainian drones then Belarus wouldn't stand a chance neither. They had to switch the repeaters themselves or Ukraine would simply apply remote sanctions.

Seems they could be turned back on during an active attack, then turned back off and deny involvement.

Remove them. Or blow them up.

Well it's hard to find them when they're off. They don't have to be big. But when they're on, they light up like beacons.

Assuming they moved them. I'd expect language like 'they dismantled the array' or similar if they'd done more than just turn them off.
