The text that actually adorns the building is from Obama's 2015 "You are America" speech at Selma.
"You are America. Unconstrained by habit and convention. Unencumbered by what is, ready to seize what ought to be. For everywhere in this country, there are first steps to be taken, there is new ground to cover, there are more bridges to be crossed. America is not the project of any one person. The single most powerful word in our democracy is the word ‘We.’ ‘We The People.’ ‘We Shall Overcome.’ ‘Yes We Can.’ That word is owned by no one. It belongs to everyone. Oh, what a glorious task we are given to continually try to improve this great nation of ours.”
I have a hard time believing they would put "WTF" so prominently on the building, esp. paired with "JESUS", and a harder time believing that no news outlet has reported on this yet. Or I couldn't find it.
After all the building is 69m high and would be widely visible across Chicago, I guess.
The wikipedia article features only this image of the front side. An image search also shows this image which makes me believe that the text seen in this post is "shopped" in.
Imagine doing all that work and after all that still believing this is the best thing to spend the money on. Either it was insanely easy to get people to donate or he just gave up on the country.

I miss Obama...
Yeah, same here. Honestly, he’s disappointing but at least he’s competent and sane
No president is flawless, but he was better than most.
"We" didn't make Carter give up his farm, "boomers" did. Just thought I'd point that out.
Maybe it's written from the POV of boomers?
edit: ok, ok, it's a meme sub. I get it.

Would someone do that? Just post fake on the internet? Impossible....
In a "memes" community at that :o
I have not been there. Would you recommend it?

Interesting read. Cost: $850 million (est.)
Yes, Obama gathered 850 million dollars from private donors to build a monument to himself. Crazy shit.
