Pulled Pork Burger
Leftover pulled pork, thick smashed onion burger, topped with pepper jack, red onion, and BBQ sauce. The wife made homemade mac salad as the side.

Nice idea.
Its been a while since I've had BBQ sauce on a cheeseburger but I've never had both pulled pork and beef together.
I feel like I would need to have some vinegar Coleslaw for health reasons.
This also made me want to have an over easy fried egg cheddar burger.
The red onions were a must. Without them I think it would have been too much.
Peanut butter, bacon, and onion!
