Whose to say they don't? We live in the age of technology, you can't stop the younger generations from wanting to learn it

Bazzite. Treat it like a game console.

However, generally speaking, 11 year olds should be made to learn new things in my opinion.

Barring a developmental disorder, "serious aversion to learning new things" is something I might expect from a 50-year-old, not an 11-year-old.

...an 11 year old who has a serious aversion to learning new things?

SRSLY?

Troll question?

11 year olds want to learn everything. At least the normal, healthy ones. And they are quick with it.

However, if she does not want to learn things from you, then that is a totally different question. Then I say, let it be for about 25 years...

Try arch. You don't learn it, you have to fight and conquer it.

(Stick with the known. Mac, windows, linux, whatever, just familliar thing)
