In the second panel, two unphased-looking men answer, one with his arm over the other's elbow: "Guys", "Ass". A voice coming from offscreen says "Personality!". It's a really good joke all around because the original sentence would be read as "asking all guys:" but the first response you read subverts that leading to the missing Oxford comma

10/10 would chuckle again

I have no idea about english grammar anymore but i read it as guys, (and) ass or boobs

I thought so at first too, but then realised that "ass or boobs" being both predominantly female traits, excludes people who prefer guys, so it might genuinely be just a more inclusive form of the classic question

no, if this is what is meant then there is a grammatical error: "guys, tits, or ass?" would mean that, but "guys, tits or ass?" grammatically would mean, as i said, the question “ass or boobs” being asked to to “guys”.

oxford comma
