I have a pair of these in black. I don't think it's them.
Other than the fact it's white with a brown sole, this looks nothing like the shoe in the photo...
It has the same profile of barefoot shoe and the same decorative bite in the design at the left. Which is what I focused to.

I don't think they're "Splay", but if you're looking for a wide toe box, that's what I recommend!
