Why is the ghost of Mark Twain haunting your scanner?
It's an acronym: T.W.A.I.N. (edit: a backconym, as was pointed out - I've also heard that the weird upper case name came first, and the weirder acronym was added later.)

Well, also that it broke often, and threw weird errors like the one pictured.

I seem to remember some annoying shit called TWAIN from decades ago, which was always giving me errors and headache. Is that still a thing?

I always hated "Error: No Error Has Occurred"
Mainly because it had no button to close or acknowledge, so you had to reset your machine.
We all thought AI gonna rule us over by force, but in reality they just gonna gaslight all of us.
File scanned fine but you forgot the cover sheet.
Yeah. It's just that we're putting new coversheets on all the TPS reports before they go out now. So I'd really appreciate it if you could just remember to do that from now on. That'd be great.
