If you're one of the few people with ADHD who can do that kind of intense hyperfocus torturing yourself into getting things done without being physically, mentally, and emotionally drained for far too long afterwards and also too traumatized by the ordeal to want to try it again, then good for you! Keep doing what works for you!

Be careful not to get memory corruption! I personally prefer Rust over C++ for this very reason

I used to open a few tabs for working: police radio, air traffic control, rain, sci-fi ambient sounds all playing at the same time.
Meanwhile:
sips herbal tea, and sings along to "let me sail, let me sail, let the Orinoco flow...."
I don't have adhd, but femtanyl, kmfdm and justice are wonderful when crunching for exams.
Also caffeine always has the fucking opposite effect kmt, more than two redbulls will knock me out and leave me sleeping like a baby.
