By definition, all conservatism is an about being born lucky or better so that your more successful.
This is why leopards eating faces is very right wing. They all want winners and losers in life, they just want to be the winner. And if someone else besides you loses, then clearly they were not a winner to begin with.
The only time they do feel threaten by others losing is if said action is about removing unfair winners from the system, hence why they do stand united against socialism and other form of systematic justice.

A state should absolutely review the subsidies given to any company, no matter the size. A subsidy should always be transparent in its use.
If that happens it's one of the biggest and fastest real-life destroyed-by-the-monster-he-created moments I can think of.
