Not nazis at all. Not in the slightest. Not mirroring everything nazis used to do, including their propaganda.

Nazis used to call "lesser races" rats, lice, vermin etc. Typical nazi rhetoric. Now nazis are calling Palestinians "cockroaches"

See below an example of a nazi propaganda poster. This "doctor" is a perfect example of a nazi, using exactly the same kind of propaganda.

That's about what the Nazis thought about Jews.

Gaza is just Warsaw 2.0.

Calling one person out is weird. The last 2 years is filled with statement from the prime minister all the way down to Zionist in North America streets using the same genocidal language.. it just so casual that we see it more..

Don't forget tiktok of soldiers happy with their loots of women and children clothing

Well, top Israeli politicians have been calling Palestinians (not Hamas, Palestinians) "human animals" for quite a while now, so it's not at all surprising to seen plenty of Israelis use this and other variants of untermenschen.

Dehumanizing the targeted ethnicity is an essential part of ethno-Fascism and Genocide along ethnic lines, especially the ones were the aggressors want to do a little Holocausting.

Meanwhile Germany "unwaveringly supports" this.

I don't know if you're a history buff, but in the past Germany was really into this sort of stuff, so I'm not too surprised that Germany would support this.

We all thought Germany had learned from that history, but apparently they didn't learn the correct lesson.

2

Meanwhile Germany “unwaveringly supports” this.

Meanwhile, the actual German position:

Israel has now fully blocked the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza for over fifty days. Essential supplies are either no longer available or quickly running out. Palestinian civilians - including one million children –face an acute risk of starvation, epidemic disease and death. This must end. We urge Israel to immediately re-start a rapid and unimpeded flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza in order to meet the needs of all civilians. During the last ceasefire, the UN and INGO system was able to deliver aid at scale. The Israeli decision to block aid from entering Gaza is intolerable. Minister Katz’s recent comments politicising humanitarian aid and Israeli plans to remain in Gaza after the war are unacceptable – they harm prospects for peace. Humanitarian aid must never be used as a political tool and Palestinian territory must not be reduced nor subjected to any demographic change. Israel is bound under international law to allow the unhindered passage of humanitarian aid.

Humanitarians must be able to deliver aid to those who need it most, independent of parties to the conflict and in accordance with their humanitarian principles. Israel must ensure unhindered access for the UN and humanitarian organisations to operate safely across Gaza. Hamas must not divert aid for their own financial gain or use civilian infrastructure for military purposes.

We reiterate our outrage at recent strikes by Israeli forces on humanitarian personnel, infrastructure, premises and healthcare facilities. Israel must do much more to protect the civilian population, infrastructure and humanitarian workers. This includes restoring deconfliction systems, allowing humanitarian workers free movement within Gaza. And Israel must prevent harm to medical personnel and premises in the course of their military operations. They must allow the urgent healthcare needs of the population to be met, while allowing the sick and wounded to temporarily leave the Gaza Strip to receive treatment.

Crucially, we urge all parties to return to a ceasefire. We continue to call on Hamas for the immediate release of all the remaining hostages, who are enduring terrible suffering. We must all work towards the implementation of a two-state solution, which is the only way to bring long-lasting peace and security to both Israelis and Palestinians and ensure long-term stability in the region.

Sounds very much like language from the Rowandan Genocide....

Israel is trying to commit genocide.

Say it.

I don’t disagree with either of you but there is something ironic about what you said.

Haha, it is kind of ironic, but I'd say it's more of the paradox of tolerance.

That's why people who care need to band together more

I vite for discord/revolt servers per city/state/country to get things done

1

I do get where you're coming from, but when I said equal, I mean from a basic humanitarian standpoint. I truly believe every person on this planet should have what they need to survive. Shelter, clean water and food and a basic means to live in society, whatever that looks like in their area.

Even the person in the video deserves this. However, I personally wouldn't help them better themselves beyond those basic functions. You do reap what you sow at some point.

What the fuck do they teach in Israel? At this point, maybe they shouldn't be a country. So much hate from that place.

The Holocaust specifically refers to the genocide of the Jewish people during WW2, if we talk about genocides in general there are many around the world:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Native_American_genocide_in_the_United_States

https://1997-2001.state.gov/regions/eur/fs_990331_ksvo_ethnic.html

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genocide_of_Indigenous_Australians

That is not to excuse the people that do it, just to combat the idea that genocide happened once and will never again and only the nazis are capable of it.

The whole imperialist system is built on top of genocide and should be abolished because of it!

0

Incorrect - the word is actually Greek in origin and goes back quite a ways before WW2

hol·o·caust /ˈhäləˌkôst,ˈhōləˌkôst,ˈhäləˌkäst,ˈhōləˌkäst/ noun 1. destruction or slaughter on a mass scale, especially caused by fire or nuclear war. "a nuclear holocaust"

I'm taking away the term "holocaust" from their exclusive use. There's no reason why it should be reserved for their genocide by the Nazis that they're emulating now.

To preface: Fuck Israel and the atrocities they are committing in this genocide.

All Jews were specifically targeted during the Holocaust. These people are Israeli. While they happen to be Jewish, don't conflate the two. It's verging on actual antisemitic sentiment.

3
MuskyMelonreply

verging on actual antisemitic sentiment.

Nope, I'm not advocating anything against the Jews nor denying the atrocities that happened to them. I'm just taking away their special noun and using it against Israel.

2

You may not be advocating for anything but this is the kind of shit bad actors love to latch on to.

Israel is committing a genocide. Israel's intent is clear in these atrocities and Israeli's like this doctor who continue to so outspokenly voice these sentiments paint the very clear picture of the monsters they have become.

And my crazy cousin claims that the earth is flat (not really but got the point)

What is the point of this headline beyond spreading outrage? (That is good for traffic I guess)

This kind of articles both left and right are just causing communities to fall apart for no good reason.

If this was said from public figures that would have been different. But a doctor can be crazy, it’s his right.

It’s not his right to get this much attention though

Middle east eye is a Russian invasion apologist rag so maybe get better sources

Legacy corporate media is so completely captured by Zionists that it's left to independent publications to cover the genocide.

Didn't say that did I genius. Just that your sources could be better vetted

Edit: Everything you post is from Middle East Eye, The American Conservative, or The Mint so "alt media guy" my fucking ass. The Mint for example is just an RT filter of a different name. Propagandist trying to build legitimacy is what it looks like to me.

MiddleEastEye I don't have a personal beef with, but Mint News is a questionable source and would be removed if posted here.

Ah yes "testuser" who TOTALLY isn't the same fuckin guy replying to this thread

I encourage the sane people of Lemmy to read the short Wikipedia article about the mint, lots and lots of examples and sources given to the absolute horse shit they've been known to publish and push.

8

mintpressnews is in no way a legitimate source, you can stop trying to defend them. Failed fact checks, conspiracy theory bullshit, the works.

7

What the fuck happened to RT? It was always a propaganda outlet, but it had some sort of decour. Now is just nonsense, everywhere. Who are they writing to? Does anyone eat this bs?
