It probably depends on your body temperature relative to your environment. Peeing will make it easier for your body to warm up if you’re cold, but it will make you colder if you’re warm. Basically you shouldn’t pee if you’re in a cold environment, it will make you colder. But you should pee if you’re already cold and you’re in a warm place.

It's not like your pee produces heat by itself lol.
