A Counter-View on the Age Verification Law
Americans seems to think they are the center of the world and should enforce their view on the rest under the covert of fight against terrorism and child protection, while beeing a big cause of the rise in terrorism and having Epstein's best friend as president. Hilarious.

Most points are laughable, including "Macron’s nuclear remarks: The French president proposed sharing nuclear deterrents within Europe and only stopped short of declaring war on the Russian Federation." Why does our deterrence feel like a threat for Russia ? What are you planning with 30% of your government's spending on military ? 🤣

Ubisoft CEO touts “disciplined workforce management” while defending giving his son the keys to Assassin's Creed
Since the call to 5days per week at the office, all the competent peoples started to look for a new job. I don't think the nepotism will change this trend and restore trust after so many broken promises.

I'm highlighting that EU's deterrance is interpreted as a threat by Russian, who try to expand their border by mean of war (or special military operation 🤣) and spend 30% of their government's budget toward military readiness, because they prepare for war against other countries.

There isn’t really another choice: Signal chief explains why the encrypted messenger relies on AWS
Explanation was disappointing and missing the point. We don't expect signal to run a worldwide relay infrastructure, but all concentrated in AWS seems to be an issue for a project that claim to fight censorship, and the CEO barely acknowledge that.

Do Indigenous people deserve “Special Status?” Not according to the Fraser Institute and the Financial Post
Special status seems to be an excuse to exclude first Nations from the rest of society, and get a good conscience about it.

In the article : “Liu stated that he intentionally hid the samples in his backpack because he knew there were restrictions on the importation of the materials,” the complaint says. “Liu confirmed that he had intentionally put the samples in a wad of tissues so CBP Officers would be less likely to find and confiscate them, and he could continue his research in the United States.”

Guarding My Git Forge Against AI Scrapers
Good read, I use crowdsec to block most of the traffic considered as malicious (which tend to overlap with scrappers), but I should look into Locaine to feed garbage to the remaining ones instead of throttling.
