People who are engaging with it as a form a protest are just dumb. Reddit has full control over it so they can remove anything they don't like instantly.

Yeah, also anyone who claims that they didn't switch to mastodon because it is too confusing, must have serious learning disability. I noticed that while term "tankies" is accepted as a term to refer to communists (particularly communists that would defend use of tanks on civilians), today's tankies are also defending Russia which isn't communist anymore (it's more fascist than anything). LOL, this reminds me of my coworkers. Guy in his 50s, kids already grown up, very quiet, barely know anything about him. One time we had an event and wanted to carpool. We get all in, he turns the ignition and RAAAAAAAAHHHHH! Kind of surprised me and I learned to not assume too much.
