Good old Cluley, he also has an award winning podcast, Smashin' Security. It's a light hearted take on recent security events. Its usually 30 - 45 minutes long.

I has come to my attention that some users have never heard of F-droid. F-droid is a free software app store for android
Even better obtanium installs direct from the Devs host. You could use fdroid to find the homepage/where they host and add it to obtanium

What are in your opinion "essential" android apps that aren't as popular/talked about?
Aegis an open source, cloud free, TOTP application. You can create local backups and everything.
I found this after trying to export my keys from Authy, turns out you can't.

Too slow at running 5K after C25K
No real advise I'm afraid other than don't worry about it.
Everyone has there own rate of improvement, does it really matter if you are a little slower than average? Keep at it and you'll get there in your own time.
Congrats on sticking with the program that's an achievement in itself

What's a good daily task app that doesn't require an account/Internet connection
You could try loop habit tracker on android. Fully open source. It wouldn't be great for one off tasks, but regular stuff, it would be perfect

How to backup 2FA

Just a heads up. There is no way to export from authy. So if you ever want to switch apps for whatever reason, lets say they were bought by big evil corp., then you would have to go and regenerate all your keys. Where as a good app would let you export and import from anywhere

Can confirm, I use an old HP elitebook from work. Battery life is great, beats my wives new lenovo. More than powerful enough to browse the web and play in the terminal. Also only gets hot if I run a game on it; I wouldnt advise that though.

If you know vlookup, you should checkout xlookup. Even more similar, relatively speaking of course. No longer do I have to count my columns

They didn't use strong encryption by default, Something about not enough iterations of whatever algorithm they use.
They also got hacked (more than once) , which is roughly when they announced the encryption issue.
I feel like they got bought by a shitty company too, but that's beyond me.
There have been reports that some of these vaults that were stolen have already been compromised, though not sure if there is any proof.

They're constantly updating best practices, the kits come with a little razor now. Though we got told to apply the pad on the hair and then pull it off, effectively waxing the area. It's apparently to get better contact. Personally I think shaving would be more effective, suppose you do what you have to in the situation.

Are We Ready For This Site's Endless Feed of AI-Generated Porn?

People have been able to draw for eons. Imagine trying to ban the public from drawing because the odd few people are a little mixed up.
AI is just a tool, like the pencil, charcoal or paints.
I know you aren't suggesting we ban it from the public, just my side of the hypothetical debate that your right in saying will arrive

Any one got any suggestions on reducing the sensitivity? I was hoping to see an pressure required to click slider
