Do you think that sitcoms today are horribly unfunny? Compared to older shows?

True. Mad Men is not centered around physical violence.

If Jesus was trans, wouldn't have leaned harder into stereotypical masculity? Maybe that's when he took up carpentry.

Do you think this guy likes me, or is he just being nice?

Hard to be sure he's interested without an app. /s

Lowest priority: line break on discount em-dash
You could run a search for it vs the em-dash and see how common it is.
Edit: Using an actual em-dash would probably trigger slightly more accusations of AI use.

One of my favorite comments about Jesus is, “So basically Jesus has the morality of an average woman, but he's a man so that makes him special somehow?”

And I got viciously downvoted elsewhere for saying that Trek teck was just plot contrivances stacked on top of each other.

There's no sense to be made anywhere in the story of Jesus, but I was wondering if one unwritten tradition (or maybe written) would be the equipmentless angels from Dogma (Alan Rickman's Metatron).

I was hoping for more Barkleys but I ended up with a Mary Sue in a corrupt nepotism story line instead.
Still, a delightful show. Gotta watch for S02 DVD sales.

[smiths] were rarely put in combat because they were needed to make weapons. So more of them survived.
That's how it works for my dwarves, too.

What is the point you are saying is controversial? Would a divine being not have a penis?
There are "multiple" denominations of divinity-rejectors, but I think they represent a rather small minority of Christianity. Jehovah's Witnesses and who else?

One problem everyone is facing--from music to TV to movies to books to videogames--is people have accessto the full history of awesome media. Who is going to watch a new TV show these days when they could be watching The Wire, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, ALF, The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, etc. for the first time?
I'd say it's here that sitcoms have a real chance to shine, because, as you've said, most sitcoms have not aged well--the aforementioned ALF being a notable example--and even an ephemeral modern sitcom can compete in that space.

Upgraded my Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ with Velcro. Now it "has" three data ports and one power port with power delivery to all three data ports and the main (cable attached) usb-c port..
I'm writing to you via a Bluetooth Keyboard on a Graphene OS Pixel 7... this is the way! I don't understand whay I have to by an expensive microchip for every device. I just need one microchip, and I need one phone, therefore, I will do as much as possible on my phone.
I'm still kicking myself for that Samsung update that didn't let me rollback the firmware; now I can't re-flash it and I'm stuck with their garbage UI.

Supreme Court rules Rastafari man can’t sue Louisiana prison officials who cut his dreadlocks
Reply in thread
Yup. You bet there is an army of asshole lawyers looking for "well, ackshually" technical methods to invalidate the entire bill of rights.
The idea that a fucking PRISON doesn't have to follow the Bill of Rights for any kind of technicality is just further confirmation that we're living in a fascist state.
