Not even that. For example if there are 10 assembly lines in parallel that the slowest step takes 60 seconds, you still get a phone each 6 seconds

Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics are a plot device in a fiction book that are designed to initially look good and then fail spectacularly. Not sure they are the best to base your Robot Constitution on.

Yup! Sideloading is legally required to be available by the EU Digital Markets Act by March 2024. Both Apple and Android must comply!
