Vermont Republican secretly poured water into colleague’s bag over months
She "claimed that she didn’t know the bag belonged to him." 🙄
She intended to pour water in someone else's bag several times over a period of months in a targeted harrasment campaign, it's fine!

Anon catches her boyfriend in a private moment
Assuming this is real, this is probably some shit he used to do when he was a kid, maybe with his parents or older sibling or something, and he still occasionally does it because of nostalgia or habit. Maybe he only just then realized it was weird for an adult to do. I'm really reading a lot into this, but that was my first thought is all

Good luck!
Not to defend the social security number system (because it's terrible for unique identification of individuals and when it was created it wasn't even intended to be used for that purpose) but you're not supposed to carry it around with you all the time. It's supposed to be in a drawer/safe/fireproof bag with the rest of your important documents, and only brought out when you need it.

Looks like SEO chuds are now adding 'Reddit' to the titles.
That's why I use "site:reddit.com" instead of just adding "reddit"

It's really easy to take for granted since most of us have never known any different.
they used to put brick dust in chocolate bars, and sawdust in bread
edit: heck, they just caught someone recently intentionally putting lead in applesauce cinnamon that was used in applesauce, which has been used off and on as a sweetener since at least ancient rome, where a bunch of people went crazy and died from consuming a sweetener made by boiling grapes in lead pots

Waiting for the bus [Shen]
Reply in thread
Yes. In the story the elf here, Frieren, is travelling on foot with humans across the continent they live on. Frieren often wants to stop at towns they come across to rest, or study something local, or wait for favorable conditions, for anywhere from a year to multiple decades. The humans with her constantly have to remind her that a decade is like a 7th or 8th of their lifetime, even if it's only a few moments for her comparatively.

You can misspell could, wanted, and school. Hell, you can wish to blow the school up. But I'll be damned if I'm going to let you disrespect the great state of Kentucky!

How does ripping a CD/DVD work exactly? Is it similar to copying or does it leave the CD/DVD unusable?

What's the name of this cable?
somewhat related PSA: never use old psu cables with a different model psu. As far as I understand it they aren't standardized as to which wires connect which pins, so you risk destroying components if you mix and match cables and psu

Basic Constitutional Law

See the 14th Amendment to the constitution, added after the civil war. It prevents citizens who previously swore an oath to support the constitution (so any federal employee, person in the military, or federally elected politician including President), and who engaged in insurrection against the United States from being eligible to hold public office.
Edit: We really shotgunned you there, didn't we 🦆
