Trump’s $14M reflecting pool paint job is now peeling off and floating to the surface

Reply in thread

I don't think they care/know much about pussy shit like planning. I think the only goal was to put that $18M into his slob friend's hands and then just say it was Obama's fault. The name of the company that did this is named Greenwater Services. This is all so stupid and wasteful and benefits nobody other than one of his thralls wiggling his eyebrows up and down.

Are you so young that you have never been in a car with one of these?

I remember even smoking in cars and using their ashtrays. Filling them up with butts and scooting them around or compacting the ash to make room for "just one more" because I "didn't have the time" to dump it out into a parking lot yet. I spent a long time not thinking that cigarette trash was garbage. It just seemed like it was a necessary part of daily life and that whatever was done in support of keeping it coming and not thinking much about it was entirely excusable and normal. I remember my parents smoking on airplanes.

What patriotic Christian American wouldn't want this fat sweaty lying sack of makeup wearing shit flashing a big toothy grin and the weakest looking thumbs up gesture that is even physically possible dangling his guts over the grave of their own dead child on the grounds of a sacred national monument? Let's get real.

Roblox requiring 9yo kids to submit a video selfie for age verification [U: Global]

We finally blocked Roblox entirely in our house because it was making our kids assholes. All the little "safe" user-created minigames like Steal a Brainrot were having a pretty big effect on their behavior and things that they concerned themselves about. They would get into fights about whether or not one of them had a generator that could net them absurd, meaningless values like $1.7T/s and then take those arguments offline and still argue about whose Steal a Brainrot base was better. Or whatever.

We watched an interview with the CEO of Roblox stomping on rake after rake after rake. He seemed mostly attuned to the growth of the platform and did not seem like safety was a really any sort of primary concern at all. He talked about things like this (continuuous facial recognition via the devices's human facing camera) as if that would do anything to curb the behavior of adults abusing the platform. He seemed to be saying that What else would you get but safety with changes like this? I decided that I do not like that guy in particular and I don't like his product either and my kids can have it back after they have defeated me and can figure out how the pi-hole works.

Trump Spokesperson Affirms Day 1 Plans for Nation's 'Largest Mass Deportation Operation'

Had this conversation with my stepmom. She is complaining that peaches cost $1 each. She thinks this is too expensive and that the cost will go down now. I'm quietly kind of amazed that she thinks that she'll even find a peach that didn't rot on the ground for less than $10 or whatever they will cost once the labor goes up. I didn't say anything to her about it because it just doesn't matter anymore. It is pointless even to converse about any topic. We experience separate realities. She believes happy days are finally here, and I just don't care if she sees another peach ever again in her lifetime. Whatever happens to the peaches is her fault.
