Seamless textures are usually able to be tiled top, bottom, left and right, which this image is. So, if you were to use this with a fill tool in Affinity or Adobe products, it will seamlessly fill a shape.

There were some pretty interesting changes announced. Brief rundown of the two announcements: Brothers can wear beards. Service is no longer mandatory and you don't have to report your time. Sisters can wear slacks to the KH and in service. Disfellowshipped people can be given a simple greeting and can be invited to meetings. Changes to how elders meet with people and dispense judgement.
