I like mc Chris until I found out he was a drump supporter. Ngl some of his tunes are fire.

Edit: I remember hearing/reading this quite some time ago and being very disappointed, but now cannot find anything to support it. My bad folks.

Train service suspended throughout Germany – no end in sight at this time

Article says this is due to a radio communications malfunction that likely won't be resolved for at least 6-12 hours, and there's also mention of general disruption of the communications (IT disruption) throughout the country. I don't want to jump too hard at a conclusion but if I did it would be a Russian hack or sabotage. I'd sorta hope to be wrong, but I just doubt technical incompetence from the Germans here.

Added: Reading another article now and yea there's some context I didn't have. Yikes.

A quick wikipedia read seems to indicate that is not quite true. It would be more accurate to say he tries to both-sides it and holds contradictory viewpoints. Not what I would call a hardcore zionist, but certainly divorced from reality. Though I suppose if you tend towards absolutism you'd call it that.

Voters vulnerable to Medicaid cuts in Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” law are reluctant to believe the President or congressional Republicans are to blame

This is the toughest part for me. It's HIS "big beautiful bill," all their reps and senators voted for it, hyped it up, hammed it up with smiles and limp-dicked handshakes. And when they find out what's in it, they invariably refuse to acknowledge the bare objective reality. It is MADDENING that it seems impossible to get these people's heads out of their asses.

Senate confirms 48 of Trump’s nominees at once after changing the chamber’s rules

I wanted to reply to numerous comments, but I'll just do it here. The people aggrieved that democrats/liberals/the left didn't do more are not wrong for being upset, even very upset. Things are generally better for everyone, in recent history, under left-side leadership. But our representatives have been beset by corporate capture since the 80s/90s so by my estimation politics has been a performative art for my entire lifetime. Still anyone with their head above water knows you've got better quality of life under democrats, even if they are deceptive or corrupt.

The system needs replacement. It has been captured whole by multi-national industry, corporations, investment interests, and billionaires. It is currently being bent and corrupted to the point of no return. Even if democrats work for us, they only give us so much before bending for their donor money. I've always had this vague notion that for even the best intentioned, there's only so far you can climb the ladder of politics before you refuse a bribe, or lobbying money, and they just boot your ass. Or blacklist you, or whatever, you just get locked out. I dunno how to end this, except to say that the whole world needs a massive paradigm shift, and it just doesn't look like we gettin it.
